San Rafael, St. Raphael

San Rafael, St. Raphael

Raphael means “God heals.” This identity came about because of the biblical story which claims that he “healed” the earth when it was defiled by the sins of the fallen angels in the apocryphal book of Enoch. Saint Raphael the Archangel is also identified as the angel who moved the waters of the healing sheep pool. Saint Raphael the Archangel heals physical, emotional and spiritual problems, and is sometimes known as the “divine physician.” Raphael is credited with the healing of our beloved Earth and all of her inhabitants. He begins with purifying our minds and erasing false beliefs. All healing facilities and practitioners (both traditional and alternative) are guided and helped by Raphael. Your call upon Raphael the Archangel invokes his presence to clear blocks within the energy body so that the flow of universal life-force energy can heal both the cause of the block and its physical manifestation. Health and vitality are your natural state of being. Your symptoms give clues to help you find causes of imbalance. Ask Saint Raphael the Archangel to guide you with clarity and love in your process of healing and feel free to invoke him for the healing of others as well.

Prayer for Healing

Glorious Archangel St. Raphael, great prince of the heavenly court, you are illustrious for your gifts of wisdom and grace. You are a guide of those who journey by land or sea or air, consoler of the afflicted, and refuge of sinners.

I beg you, assist me in all my needs and in all the sufferings of this life, as once you helped the young Tobias on his travels. Because you are the “medicine of God” I humbly pray you to heal the many infirmities of my soul and the ills that afflict my body. I especially ask of you the favor (here mention your special intention), and the great grace of purity to prepare me to be the temple of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Oración a San Rafael

“Glorioso Arcángel San Rafael,
medicina de Dios,
que guiaste a Tobías en su viaje
para cobrar la deuda de Gabelo,
le preparaste un feliz matrimonio
y devolviste la vista a su anciano padre Tobit,
guíanos en el camino de la salvación,
ayúdanos en las necesidades,
haz felices nuestros hogares

People named “Jason” carry the energy of Raphael as in Greek it means the same thing.

I got a good experience because of St. Raphael…hehehe. One I will never forget. He was so good to me that day. I’d never forget it.

3. Gerard - May 8, 2010

I googled ‘who is my Angel’ and a site came up asking to put in birthday information to find out the day one is born. I was borno n Tuesday and the site says St. Raphael would be my Saint. I’m not sure of this though I have no reason not to believe it unless informed otherwise. I can say that ‘Medicine of God’ and ‘healer of the the afflicted’ as well as ‘replaces doubt with Truth’ all were so very much part of what I consider a personal Miracle in my life.

St. Raphael Pray for us all. Amen.
